Sovereign's Bright is an Irish Pub in the style of a German Beer Hall with an Armed Forces flair. The popularity of Irish Pubs in America are on the rise. Sovereign's Bright refers to coins in the lyrics from the Irish folk song, 'Wild Rover'.

I correlate this to military challenge coins which represent unity and inclusion. The lyrics of Wild Rover also refer to foreign travel, which many military members are familiar with. Sovereign's Bright is a personal dream of mine, which I hope to accomplish someday.
